We also realize it is difficult, sometimes, to accurately judge a work of art & craft from an image on a screen. We want to assure our customers that while we do not want curiosity sales, we will allow you to return the product in its original condition for a full refund of the amount paid by you, if it does not meet your expectations.
Please return the item within one week of the receipt of the same at any of our showrooms or return by courier company through which you received it. It will be the responsibility of the buyer to return the product at any of our showrooms or send through courier company at buyer’s own expense. Please note that delivery shipping & handling charges at actual will be deducted from the refund amount.
The refund or exchange is processed either immediately on receipt of the item or within 3 working days of our receiving back the item. The refund or exchange will be provided subject to receipt of the product in its original condition (unused and not damaged) and together with all the original documents, the invoice and the packaging intact.
Returns are accepted only of products which were ‘ready in stock’ at the time of placement of order. We may not accept the returns of the products which are made to order or deduct some percentage towards re-stocking of these items made specially to order.
